Your tipping page should look like your lodge
Guests are far more likely to trust a tipping page that looks like the place they've been staying, which is why branding was never an afterthought for us.

Lodges spend years building a feel that guests recognise the moment they arrive, from the colours on the walls to the way the welcome drink is served, so it always felt odd to us that the moment a guest goes to tip would suddenly look like someone else's product. A generic payment page makes people hesitate (is this legitimate, and is my money actually going to the team?), and hesitation is the enemy of a tip.
Your name, your logo, your colours
Every SafariTip tipping page opens with the property's name and logo, and each property can set its own colour scheme, which the guest pages follow throughout. We check contrast automatically as colours are applied, so text stays readable whatever palette a lodge chooses, which sounds like a small detail until someone picks a beautiful pale sand colour and discovers their white text has vanished into it.
Faces over forms
Branding isn't only about colours. Staff photos, roles, and bios turn a list of names into the people guests actually met, and conservation causes carry their own photos and stories, so the page feels like an extension of the stay rather than a checkout screen bolted onto the end of it.
Print that matches
The QR codes guests scan are part of the experience too, which is why SafariTip makes it easy to download individual codes or ready-made print templates for tent cards and signage, and branded QR materials are included with every account.
White-label, if you want it
Some properties would rather guests never see our name at all, and that's completely fine by us, since the white-label option on Enterprise accounts removes SafariTip branding for a fully branded guest experience. Honestly, I think that says something good about how we see the product, because the best tipping experience is the one guests remember as part of your lodge, not ours.

Fair shares: the thinking behind team tips and staff scheduling
Splitting a tip sounds simple until a guest wants to thank 'the whole kitchen' and half of it was on leave that week, which is why fairness had to be designed into SafariTip rather than bolted on.
