Sarah comes to SafariTip from the world of luxury adventure travel, where she has designed journeys across Africa for international travellers and worked hand in hand with the lodges, camps, guides, and partners who bring those journeys to life. It's a side of the industry that runs on relationships and on sweating the details, from the first conversation with a client to checking in on them while they're out in the bush, and it has given her a first-hand view of how much of a great safari comes down to the people on the ground.

As Chief Commercial Officer she leads SafariTip's relationships with lodges, tour operators, and partners across the continent she's proud to call home, bringing the same love of adventure, exploration, and discovery to growing SafariTip that she brings to everything else. She also takes our demo calls, so if you book one there's a good chance Sarah will be the one walking you through it.

Fabio's background is in digital strategy, product, and technology, helping businesses work out what to build and then designing and delivering the websites, platforms, and CRM systems to match. That mix of strategy and hands-on delivery is what building SafariTip calls for, since a tipping platform has to feel effortless to a guest while quietly handling payments, currencies, and settlements in the background.

As Chief Product and Technology Officer he leads everything we build, from a guest's first scan of a QR code to the dashboards, settlements, and Staff app that lodges and their teams rely on, and his focus is keeping it simple on the surface and solid underneath (so tipping takes guests seconds, and every tip lands exactly where it should).
